We are still open to provide sales and service

While our doors remain closed we are still available to provide you with the products and services your company requires. We have implemented precautionary measures to avoid risk to the health and safety of our staff and our customers.

In accordance with provincial and federal Health recommendations, we have increased sanitation at all offices by enhancing cleaning procedures by wiping down all high contact surface areas each morning. Our staff have been advised to practice safe practices such as regularly washing their hands and keeping their work areas clean and tidy. When service vehicles are required, employees are strongly encouraged to limit to 1 person and we have a policy in the event more than 1 person is required to travel together.

On site technical resources are available and our technicians are equipped with the required PPE to meet both our requirements for health and safety as well as that of our customers.

We have however, restricted all flights for our staff and we are making our customers aware of this decision as per the following:Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, effective immediately Spectrum Telecom Management has cancelled all flights for all employees, regardless of the destination, no exceptions.As the health and safety of our employees is of greatest concern for all of us, we will not take the risk in having our people stranded or remotely quarantined and we trust our customers understand this decision. We have multiple technician vehicles at each of our locations fully equipped to service the customer at their location or tower site.

Our supply chains have been keeping up with the demand with very few delays. We ask you to inquire with your account manager if you have any specific concerns about the manufacturing process and supply chains of our products upon order.

We have been making sure that our inventory levels are increased to mitigate the risk of not delivering contractual obligations of goods should there be any interruption to our supply chain.

Over 50% of our staff are working remotely and employees have been advised to not attend work if they are showing any symptoms of a cold or flu. Employees who have travelled or that show symptoms will continue to be required to stay home in self isolation.

Supervisors and Managers are screening employees for symptoms at the start of our work days.

We will contact all of our customers in advance of visiting or walking into their locations.

Our staff have been informed that if they are concerned or unsure in any way of a job or task that they need to perform then to please consult with management before proceeding.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide ongoing updates as deemed necessary. We also encourage you to stay up-to-date through Canada’s Public Health website as well as the Ontario Government site.
